Our Company operatives have been fully trained and fully conversant with all aspects of asbestos cement fibre sheet removal. Our procedures comply with the Asbestos at Work Regulations. Air monitoring, asbestos samples, double bagging of removed materials and the use of specialist asbestos waste skips are standard.
We can offer 10, 15 and 20 year guarantees on fully refurbished roofs. These can be supplemented with manufacturer’s product guarantees. In addition, insurance backed guarantees can be provided, these types of guarantees are independent of the manufacturer and the roofing refurbishment contractor. Random repairs to roof areas cannot be guaranteed, as it must be appreciated that rain water can travel from one area to another.
Upon receipt of an official order from the customer work should commence (weather permitting) within 3 to 4 weeks from the receipt of the order.
If these apply, Durasteel will comply with all requirements. If necessary, Durasteel can be the principal contractor.
All method statements, risk assessments and health and safety plans will be completed and submitted tothe customer prior to works commencement. Our external health and safety consultants can provide additional health and safety,if required.
