Our refurbishment service includes:
- Advice on the best method of renewal to suit individual circumstances, particularly minimising disruption.
- Strip and replacement roofs and overlaying existing roofs. Also improvements with new wall cladding and rain screen panels.
- Asbestos cement. We can remove and dispose of roof and wall products containing asbestos. We can over clad asbestos roofs.
- Guaranteed. All our projects carry a 5-year workmanship guarantee, and material guarantee direct between supplier and client for a period between 10 and 40 years depending on product.
- Design service including plan, section and detail drawings. Rainwater disposal calculations as current conditions are more intense than years ago and systems often need improving.
- Acting as principal contractor if required. We can introduce our safety consultants to act as your CDM Coordinator and comply with their requirements as would a principle contractor, discharging your obligation to appoint a competent contractor.
